    Construction Technology — WAZ PLASTIC

It is laid manually by rolling, ensuring the cloth surface is flat with an appropriate deformation allowance. Basic requirements for geotextile laying: The seams must intersect with the slope line; at places parallel to the slope toe or where stress may exist, the distance between horizontal seams must be greater than 1.5m. On the slope surface, anchor one end of the geotextile, then lower the roll along the slope to keep the geotextile in a tight state. All geotextiles must be pressed with sandbags, which will be used during laying and retained until the upper layer of material is laid.

    Frequently Asked Questions
Q What weight range is available for your geotextile products?
Our geotextiles are available in a weight range of 100g/m² to 600g/m² as standard, with unit area weights from 100g/m² up to 1000g/m² available for custom orders to suit various engineering requirements.
Q Can the geotextile specifications be customized?
Yes. We offer customizable weight, width and packaging options. Colors including White, Black, Green, and Camel can also be tailored to your project needs. Please contact us with your specific requirements.
Q What are the main application areas for your geotextile?
Our geotextile is widely used in geotechnical engineering projects such as water conservancy, electric power, mines, highways, and railways. Typical uses include filtration, drainage, anti-scour protection, subgrade reinforcement, frost prevention, and anti-cracking for asphalt pavements.
Q How does the geotextile perform in harsh chemical environments?
The geotextile is manufactured from plastic fibers that provide excellent corrosion resistance, maintaining performance in soil and water with varying pH values over long periods. It is also resistant to microbial degradation and insect damage.
Q What is the correct method for laying geotextile on slopes?
The geotextile should be laid manually by rolling, keeping the surface flat with an appropriate deformation allowance. Seams must intersect with the slope line, and horizontal seams must maintain a distance greater than 1.5m where parallel to the slope toe or where stress may occur. Anchor one end at the top of the slope, then lower the roll to maintain tension. All laid geotextile must be secured with sandbags until the upper layer of material is placed.
Q Do you provide quality certificates and after-sales support?
Yes. All products undergo strict quality inspection to ensure compliance with national engineering standards. We provide relevant certificates and offer professional technical support as well as comprehensive after-sales service to ensure your project runs smoothly.
