Product Features
WAZ PLASTIC1
High strength
Due to the use of plastic fibers, it can maintain sufficient strength and elongation in both dry and wet conditions.
2
Corrosion resistance
It can resist corrosion for a long time in soil and water with different pH values.
3
Good water permeability
There are gaps between the fibers, so it has excellent water seepage performance.
4
Good anti-microbial performance
It is not damaged by microorganisms and moth-eating.
5
Convenient construction
Due to its light and soft material, it is convenient for transportation, laying and construction.
6
Complete specifications
The maximum width can reach 9 meters, which is the widest product in China; Unit area weight: 100-1000g/m².
Light weight, low cost, corrosion resistance, and excellent performances such as filtration, drainage, isolation and reinforcement.
Applications
WAZ PLASTICWidely used in geotechnical projects including water conservancy, electric power, mines, highways and railways.
1
Filter material for soil layer separation.
2
Drainage material for reservoirs, mine beneficiation and high-rise building foundations.
3
Anti-scour material for rivers, dams and slope protection.
4
Reinforcement material for subgrades of railways, highways and airport runways, as well as for road construction in swampy areas.
5
Thermal insulation material for frost prevention.
6
Anti-cracking material for asphalt pavements.
Construction Technology
WAZ PLASTICIt is laid manually by rolling, ensuring the cloth surface is flat with an appropriate deformation allowance. Basic requirements for geotextile laying: The seams must intersect with the slope line; at places parallel to the slope toe or where stress may exist, the distance between horizontal seams must be greater than 1.5m. On the slope surface, anchor one end of the geotextile, then lower the roll along the slope to keep the geotextile in a tight state. All geotextiles must be pressed with sandbags, which will be used during laying and retained until the upper layer of material is laid.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
WAZ PLASTIC
Q:
What are the standard weight and width options available for your geotextile?
Our geotextile weight ranges from 100g/m² to 600g/m² (up to 1000g/m² for custom requirements), with roll widths ranging from 1m up to 9m.
Q:
Can I customize the color, roll size, and specifications?
Yes, we offer factory direct customization. You can customize the weight, width, roll length (standard 50m/100m), color (White, Black, Green, Camel), and specialized packaging.
Q:
How does the product perform under harsh soil and chemical conditions?
The synthetic fibers provide superior corrosion and acid/alkali resistance, ensuring reliable long-term performance across different pH soils and moisture conditions.
Q:
What are the key functions of this geotextile material in civil engineering?
It provides effective filtration, drainage, soil layer separation, erosion prevention, subgrade reinforcement, and asphalt crack prevention.
Q:
What is the recommended installation method during slope construction?
Anchor one end at the top of the slope and roll it downward smoothly, ensuring seams intersect the slope line, and secure temporarily with sandbags before covering.
Q:
Do your products meet national and international quality standards?
Yes, every batch undergoes strict quality control for tensile strength, tear resistance, CBR puncture resistance, and permeability to ensure full standards compliance.
