FIBC Bags (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers) are manufactured by polypropylene woven fabric that are stabilized against UV degradation. Each bulk bag can contain load capacities between 500 kgs to 2000 kgs with safety of 5:1 or 6:1 (5:1 is for Single use & 6:1 is for multiple use or for UN bags), depending on the bag design and size. These bags are mainly used by the petrochemical manufacturers, food manufacturers, construction related, agricultural related products and many others.
Due to the large load capacity and high durability it may be used for transporting, packaging and storing all kinds of objects. It comes in particularly handy in storing such material as cobblestone, coal, scrap metal, litter and gravel aggregate. These materials do not need to be transported in stabilized position. A container bag can be widely used in gardening, agriculture, chemicals industry, construction, food processing and on many other fields.
1) Anyone must be kept away from around the working place.
2) When lifting the bag, evenly hang it with four hanging ropes.
3) Avoid hooking or breaking in operation.
4) Do not drag the bag on the projected surface.
5) Prevent shovel of forklift from breaking the body of bags.
6) Remove the filled bags in pallets in workhouse as much as possible.
7) Keep bags standing upright before loading, unloading or piling.
8) Do not drag the bags on the floor or on cement ground.
