Product Features
WAZ PLASTIC
- High Strength: Due to the use of plastic fibers, it can maintain sufficient strength and elongation in both dry and wet conditions.
- Corrosion Resistance: It can resist corrosion for a long time in soil and water with different pH values.
- Good Water Permeability: There are gaps between the fibers, so it has excellent water seepage performance.
- Good Anti-Microbial Performance: It is not damaged by microorganisms and moth-eating.
- Convenient Construction: Due to its light and soft material, it is convenient for transportation, laying and construction.
- Complete Specifications: The maximum width can reach 9 meters, which is the widest product in China; Unit area weight: 100–1000g/m².
- Comprehensive Performance: Light weight, low cost, corrosion resistance, and excellent performances such as filtration, drainage, isolation and reinforcement.

Construction Technology
WAZ PLASTIC
It is laid manually by rolling, ensuring the cloth surface is flat with an appropriate deformation allowance. Basic requirements for geotextile laying: The seams must intersect with the slope line; at places parallel to the slope toe or where stress may exist, the distance between horizontal seams must be greater than 1.5m. On the slope surface, anchor one end of the geotextile, then lower the roll along the slope to keep the geotextile in a tight state. All geotextiles must be pressed with sandbags, which will be used during laying and retained until the upper layer of material is laid.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q
What weight range is available for your geotextile products?
Our geotextile products are available in a weight range of 100g/m² to 600g/m² for standard orders, with custom options extending up to 1000g/m² to meet specific project requirements.
Q
Can the geotextile be customized in terms of width and color?
Yes. We offer customizable width (up to 9 meters, the widest available in China), color options including White, Black, Green, and Camel, as well as customized packaging to suit your project needs.
Q
Is the geotextile suitable for use in chemically aggressive environments?
Yes. The geotextile is made from plastic fibers that offer excellent corrosion resistance, allowing it to perform reliably in soil and water with varying pH levels over extended periods.
Q
What are the main application areas for this geotextile?
This geotextile is widely used in geotechnical engineering projects such as water conservancy, electric power, mines, highways, and railways. It serves functions including filtration, drainage, anti-scour protection, reinforcement, thermal insulation, and anti-cracking for asphalt pavements.
Q
How should the geotextile be installed on a slope?
The geotextile should be laid by rolling manually, with the cloth surface kept flat and an appropriate deformation allowance maintained. On slopes, anchor one end at the top and lower the roll down the slope to keep it taut. Seams must intersect with the slope line, and horizontal seams in stress areas must be spaced more than 1.5m apart. Sandbags should be used to hold the material in place until the upper layer is installed.
Q
Do you provide quality certificates and technical support?
Yes. All our products undergo strict quality inspection and comply with national engineering standards. We provide relevant certificates and offer professional technical support as well as comprehensive after-sales service to ensure your project runs smoothly.
