A circular loom is a dedicated industrial textile machine engineered to produce seamless tubular woven fabric. It takes PP and HDPE flat yarns as raw materials, and the resulting fabric serves as the core material for manufacturing PP woven sacks, fire hoses, FIBC Bulk Bags, baffle big bags and various industrial flexible packaging products.

To cover diverse customization requirements from customers worldwide, our workshop is equipped with four mainstream circular loom models: 4-shuttle, 6-shuttle, 8-shuttle and 10-shuttle looms. Each shuttle type produces fabric with distinct width, density and tensile strength, allowing us to adjust fabric weight, thickness and dimensions flexibly according to clients’ specific order standards.

The standardized, automated circular weaving lines deliver consistent fabric quality with outstanding tear resistance and uniform texture.
