1. PP Yarn Extrusion
Virgin PP pellets are melted and extruded into flat yarns to ensure high tensile strength and wear resistance. -
2. Weaving, Printing & Cutting
PP yarns are woven into high-density PP fabric. Custom logos and marks can be printed, then the fabric is precisely cut according to required sizes. -
3. Inner Baffles Sewing (Core Step)
Four internal baffles are symmetrically sewn inside the bag, restricting lateral bulging and keeping square shape after filling. -
4. Bag Sewing & Reinforcement
Sew the bag body, lifting loops, inlet and outlet. All stress points are double-stitched to meet heavy-load safety factor. -
5. Optional Liner Installation & Quality Inspection
PE liner can be added for moisture and dust proof. Inspect stitching strength, baffle alignment, printing and appearance to reject defective items. -
6. Folding & Packing
Qualified bags are folded and baled for easy storage and container shipment.
