Our Advantages WAZ PLASTIC
Construction Technology WAZ PLASTIC
It is laid manually by rolling, ensuring the cloth surface is flat with an appropriate deformation allowance. Basic requirements for geotextile laying: The seams must intersect with the slope line; at places parallel to the slope toe or where stress may exist, the distance between horizontal seams must be greater than 1.5m. On the slope surface, anchor one end of the geotextile, then lower the roll along the slope to keep the geotextile in a tight state. All geotextiles must be pressed with sandbags, which will be used during laying and retained until the upper layer of material is laid.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q
What weight range is available for your geotextile products?
A
Our geotextile products are available in a weight range of 100g/m² to 600g/m² as standard, with unit area weights from 100 to 1000g/m² available upon customization to meet specific project requirements.
Q
Can the width, weight, and color of the geotextile be customized?
A
Yes. We offer full customization options including weight, width (up to 9 meters — the widest available in China), and color (White, Black, Green, Camel, and more). Packaging can also be tailored to your needs.
Q
What are the main application areas for your geotextile?
A
Our geotextile is widely used in geotechnical engineering projects such as water conservancy, electric power, mines, highways, railways, reservoir drainage, slope protection, airport runway subgrades, swampy road construction, frost prevention, and asphalt pavement anti-cracking.
Q
How is the geotextile installed on slopes?
A
The geotextile is laid manually by rolling. One end is anchored at the top of the slope and the roll is lowered along the slope to maintain tension. Seams must intersect with the slope line, and horizontal seams must be more than 1.5m apart in stress-prone areas. Sandbags are used to hold the fabric in place until the upper material layer is applied.
Q
Does your geotextile perform well in chemically aggressive environments?
A
Yes. Our geotextile is made from plastic fibers that offer excellent corrosion resistance, maintaining performance in soils and water with varying pH levels over long periods. It is also resistant to microorganisms and insect damage.
Q
What quality certifications and standards does your geotextile meet?
A
Our geotextile meets national engineering standards for key physical indexes including tensile strength, tear strength, CBR puncture strength, and permeability. Each batch undergoes strict quality inspection before delivery, and we hold relevant industry certifications as shown in our certificate documentation.
