    Product Features

    WAZ PLASTIC

High Strength: Maintains sufficient strength and elongation in both dry and wet conditions due to the use of plastic fibers.

Corrosion Resistance: Resists corrosion for a long time in soil and water with different pH values.

Good Water Permeability: Gaps between fibers provide excellent water seepage performance.

Anti-Microbial Performance: Not damaged by microorganisms or moth-eating.

Convenient Construction: Light and soft material makes transportation, laying and construction easy.

Complete Specifications: Maximum width up to 9 meters; unit area weight: 100–1000g/m². Light weight, low cost, with excellent filtration, drainage, isolation and reinforcement performance.

    Applications

    WAZ PLASTIC
Widely used in geotechnical projects including water conservancy, electric power, mines, highways and railways.
    • 1 Filter material for soil layer separation.
    • 2 Drainage material for reservoirs, mine beneficiation and high-rise building foundations.

    Construction Technology

    WAZ PLASTIC
It is laid manually by rolling, ensuring the cloth surface is flat with an appropriate deformation allowance. Basic requirements for geotextile laying: The seams must intersect with the slope line; at places parallel to the slope toe or where stress may exist, the distance between horizontal seams must be greater than 1.5m. On the slope surface, anchor one end of the geotextile, then lower the roll along the slope to keep the geotextile in a tight state. All geotextiles must be pressed with sandbags, which will be used during laying and retained until the upper layer of material is laid.

    Frequently Asked Questions
Q What weight range is available for your geotextile products?
Our geotextile products are available in a weight range of 100g/m² to 600g/m², with customizable options to meet specific project requirements.
Q Can the geotextile width and color be customized?
Yes. We offer widths from 1m to 6m (up to 9m maximum) and standard colors including White, Black, Green, and Camel. Custom colors and dimensions are available upon request.
Q Is your geotextile suitable for use in both dry and wet environments?
Absolutely. Thanks to its high-strength plastic fiber construction, our geotextile maintains sufficient strength and elongation in both dry and wet conditions, making it ideal for a wide range of geotechnical applications.
Q What are the main application areas for this geotextile?
Our geotextile is widely used in water conservancy, electric power, mining, highways, and railway projects. Key uses include filtration, drainage, anti-scour protection, subgrade reinforcement, frost prevention, and asphalt pavement anti-cracking.
Q How should the geotextile be installed on slopes?
The geotextile should be laid manually by rolling, ensuring the surface is flat with an appropriate deformation allowance. On slopes, anchor one end first, then unroll along the slope to maintain tension. Seams must intersect with the slope line, and horizontal seams must be more than 1.5m apart in stress areas. Sandbags should be used to hold the material in place until the upper layer is applied.
Q Do you provide technical support and after-sales service?
Yes. We offer professional technical support throughout your project, from product selection to installation guidance. Our after-sales team is available to address any quality concerns or technical questions after delivery.
