Product Features
WAZ PLASTIC
💪
High Strength
Due to the use of plastic fibers, it can maintain sufficient strength and elongation in both dry and wet conditions.
🛡️
Corrosion Resistance
It can resist corrosion for a long time in soil and water with different pH values.
💧
Good Water Permeability
There are gaps between the fibers, so it has excellent water seepage performance.
🦠
Anti-Microbial Performance
It is not damaged by microorganisms and moth-eating.
🏗️
Convenient Construction
Due to its light and soft material, it is convenient for transportation, laying and construction.
📐
Complete Specifications
The maximum width can reach 9 meters, the widest in China; Unit area weight: 100–1000g/m².
⚖️
Lightweight & Cost-Effective
Light weight, low cost, corrosion resistance, and excellent filtration, drainage, isolation and reinforcement performance.

Construction Technology
WAZ PLASTIC
It is laid manually by rolling, ensuring the cloth surface is flat with an appropriate deformation allowance. Basic requirements for geotextile laying: The seams must intersect with the slope line; at places parallel to the slope toe or where stress may exist, the distance between horizontal seams must be greater than 1.5m. On the slope surface, anchor one end of the geotextile, then lower the roll along the slope to keep the geotextile in a tight state. All geotextiles must be pressed with sandbags, which will be used during laying and retained until the upper layer of material is laid.

Frequently Asked Questions
WAZ PLASTIC
-
What weight range is available for your geotextile products? Our geotextiles are available in a weight range of 100g/m² to 600g/m², with customizable options to meet specific project requirements.
-
Can the width and packaging be customized?Yes. We offer fully customizable width (up to 9 meters, the widest available in China), weight, and packaging options to suit your engineering needs.
-
What are the main application areas of your geotextile? Our geotextile is widely used in water conservancy, electric power, mining, highways, railways, slope protection, frost prevention, and asphalt pavement anti-cracking applications.
-
How does your geotextile perform in harsh soil and water conditions? Our geotextile is highly resistant to corrosion and can withstand soil and water environments with varying pH values over long periods. It is also resistant to microbial damage and moth-eating.
-
What quality standards does your geotextile meet? Our products meet national engineering standards, including tensile strength, tear strength, CBR puncture strength, and permeability indexes. All products undergo strict quality inspection before delivery.
-
How is the geotextile installed on slopes? The geotextile is laid manually by rolling. One end is anchored at the top of the slope, then the roll is lowered along the slope to maintain tension. Seams must intersect with the slope line, horizontal seams must be spaced more than 1.5m apart, and sandbags are used to secure the material until the upper layer is placed.
