Short Fiber Geotextile

Short fiber geotextile is a cost-effective nonwoven geosynthetic material made from polyester staple fibers through carding, lapping and needle-punching. It mainly provides functions of separation, filtration, drainage and protection, widely used in general civil engineering, road construction, landscaping and environmental projects.

Construction TechnologyWAZ PLASTIC

It is laid manually by rolling, ensuring the cloth surface is flat with an appropriate deformation allowance. Basic requirements for geotextile laying: The seams must intersect with the slope line; at places parallel to the slope toe or where stress may exist, the distance between horizontal seams must be greater than 1.5m. On the slope surface, anchor one end of the geotextile, then lower the roll along the slope to keep the geotextile in a tight state. All geotextiles must be pressed with sandbags, which will be used during laying and retained until the upper layer of material is laid.
